 Make a clear statement of the problem that are trying to solve.

Desired output

What do u want to get out of

the computer system.

Determine what will go into it,

either through 

sketch,

draw,

or write

how the output will go

that u want to look after it is done.

eg: direction for the members.

Input data

determine the necessary input data and

 the source of data.

eg: member's name.

 Processing requirement 

Determine the steps necessary

to use input in producing output.
