Level of management is divided into three parts:
1. Top management:
- top managers are responsible with long-range planning(strategic planning)
- in other word, top management responsible for the performance of all departments.
- need information that help them to plan the future growth direction of the organization .
2. Middle management:
- control, planning(tactical planning), and decision making.
- implement long-term goals of the organization.
3. Supervisors:
- manage and monitor emloyess/workers.
- responsible on operational matters.
- monitor day-to-day events and immediately take corrective action, if necessary.
