BILL GATES- microsoft founder

Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft Corporation, suggests that college students should learn how to learn by getting the best education they can. Because he considered by many as the most powerful person in computing industry, it might be wise to listen to him.
Gates learn to program computers when hr was 13. Early his career, he developed the BASIC programming language for the MITS Altair, one of the first microcomputers. He founded Microsoft in1975 with Paul Allen, and 5 years later, they provided the first operating system, called MS-DOS, for the IBM PC. Today, Microsoft's Windows and Office product dominate the software market.
In july2008, Gates plans to step out of his day-to-day role in the company. He will continue as a chairman and advisor while devoting more time to his philanthropic effort

Tim Berners-Lee

Creator of the World Wide Web- (www) has become one of the more widely used internet servives,and its roots are based on Tim Berners-Lee's work. Berners-Lee is credited with creating the first Web server, browser, and URL addresses. He developed his idea in1989 whilw working at CERN, the Europen Particle Physyc Laboratory in Geneva, Switzeland, and based his work on a program he had written for his own use to track random associations.Today, he works quitely in academia as director of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) at the Massasachusetts Institute of Technology. In a 2006 podcast, Berners-Lee explained that he to disable the feedback function of his inaugural blog entry in 2005 because of the overwhelming number of responses. He modestly said that most of the comments thanked him for his work
