MANAGEMANT LEVEL


Level of management is divided into three parts:

1. Top management:
  • top managers are responsible with long-range planning(strategic planning)
  • in other word, top management responsible for the performance of all departments.
  • need information that help them to plan the future growth direction of the organization .


2. Middle management:
  • control, planning(tactical planning), and decision making.
  • implement long-term goals of the organization.


3. Supervisors:
  • manage and monitor emloyess/workers.
  • responsible on operational matters.
  • monitor day-to-day events and immediately take corrective action, if necessary.
